Building software
that thinks — one careful line at a time.
I'm Shakib — a student engineer from Dhaka working across full-stack development and applied machine learning. I like taking ideas from a blank file to something people actually use.
Currently in HSC, permanently in a code editor.
I build to understand things. Most of what I know about software came from shipping small, real tools — a chat app, a model comparator, a study companion — rather than from any single course.
My long-term interest is applied AI: systems that take a messy real-world problem and make it a little more tractable for the person using them.
HSC, Dhaka College
Studying science while running independent projects in web development and applied ML on the side.
SSC, Ideal School & College
Graduated with a perfect GPA 5.00, first serious exposure to Python and algorithmic thinking.
Applied ML & developer tooling
No-code ML interfaces, lightweight classifiers, and tools that lower the barrier to building with data.
Things I've shipped
What I build with
Philosophy, focus & footprint
Algorithm Vault v2 — visual DSA explorer
Adding step-by-step visualizations for graph and DP algorithms, plus a Python-to-pseudocode translator so the explanations read the same regardless of implementation language.
Development philosophy
Ship a working version fast, then earn every added layer of complexity. Readable code beats clever code — I'd rather a project be easy to reopen in six months than impressive for five minutes.
Workflow
Sketch the data model first, build a rough UI to validate the idea, then iterate in short loops — commit, test, deploy — using Git from the very first line.
Open source
Every project on my GitHub is public and MIT-licensed by default — I'd rather someone learn from my code than have to guess how it works.
Milestones so far
Perfect SSC GPA
Graduated Ideal School & College with a GPA of 5.00 out of 5.00.
7 apps in production
Independently designed, built, and deployed seven full projects — all publicly live.
No-code ML tooling
Built two ML-facing tools that let non-programmers train and compare classifiers from a CSV.
